Award winning Caplansky’s Deli Spicy Mustard is HOT. That’s right. All caps HOT. You’ve been warned. But as they say in Hollywood “Some Like It Hot”, right? Red peppers and green jalapeños bring the heat for those of us who enjoy the seduction of food with kick. A hint of sweetness balances out the fire of the peppers. Maybe that’s why it won a Silver Medal in Wisconsin’s World Wide Mustard Competition! Others might call it super freaking yummy.
Ingredients: Mustard (water, white vinegar, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, paprika, cayenne, cane sugar, rosemary extract), Cane sugar, Jalapeño pepper puree (jalapeño peppers, salt, acetic acid, water, calcium chloride), Salt, Dehydrated green bell pepper, Dehydrated red bell pepper, Citric acid, Natural mustard flavour, Coriander, Cayenne pepper, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Oleoresin capsicum
