You are all awesome. We see it, but more than that, we appreciate each and every one of you! So many of you are signed up for our loyalty program already, but if you aren’t (or don’t know the perks) let us inform you!
F+W’s new(ish) loyalty program!
If you’ve noticed a lack of updates to our website, that’s because we’ve been working on transitioning to a new point-of-sale and ecommerce site. Yes, a new website!!!
While we aren’t quite ready to reveal it yet, the change of platforms also means changes for our loyalty program. But don’t worry! This is a good thing.
While your points and rewards will transfer over, there are now more ways to earn and redeem, including purchases made online (with the new website).
How the new loyalty program works:
01. Sign up with your name, number, and email
Moving forward, our customer database and loyalty program will both be email based. Therefore, even if you have an existing loyalty account with us, we will need to re-enroll you on your next visit with both email and phone number. We promise we will never sell your information.
02. Collect points each time you shop
Each time you shop at F+W, in person or online now (once the new website is ready), you will earn 0.75 points/dollar spent (on $20+ purchases).
03. Be rewarded, you deserve it!

Use your points online!
The day has arrived… you can now use your loyalty points when you shop online! Whether you live across the country or simply feel like shopping from the comfort of your couch, everyone can now earn and redeem rewards.
How to access your points on the website
- Click the purple star icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Sign up (or sign in with your email if you’ve been into the shop since we’ve switched systems)
- Add in your birthday to receive your birthday points, update any personal information, make sure your phone number is included so we can transfer your points, and check out point balance!
How to redeem your points online
- Sign in to your account
- Click “Get Rewards”
- Beside the reward you are eligible to redeem, click “Get Reward”
- Go to the Discounts tab and get code
- Enter the discount code at checkout
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my points transfer over to this new system?
Yes! All of your current points will transfer over, but… we will have to do this manually (yay us haha). Therefore, you will not be able to use your points on your first visit to the shop under this new system. We need both your email and phone number when you create your account to ensure the points can be transferred. Once you enroll, we will manually transfer your points and this process may take about a week - sorry for any inconvenience!
Additionally, please make a new account with us before August 31st, 2025 so we can ensure your points will be transferred over.
Can I use my points online?
Yes! We are so excited that this new system allows you to get points and redeem them when you shop online. Plus, you can now use 350 points for free shipping!
Why are some of the points different?
We have made a few tweaks to the Loyalty Program to fit the parameters of this new system. The major change is the reward level for 1000 points. Anyone who has one of these rewards under our current system will be manually awarded an additional 200 points to ensure your rewards transfer seamlessly.
Will my points expire?
Moving forward, points will expire two years from the date they are earned.
