Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. At this time we only ship within Canada. Far + Wide is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged parcels caused by the carrier.

All orders are dispatched to the provided shipping address entered at checkout and we are not responsible for any loss or delay due to incorrect shipping information .Once an order has shipped, we cannot update address information. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned packages will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 

While we strive to keep our website and inventory up to date, item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out you will be notified by email. Occasionally, an item listed on our website may be available for local pickup only, due to size or weight restrictions.
